We are seeking an innovative, results driven, and goal oriented Client Relationship Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing potential international clients, selling the services of our company and closing deals, while maintaining relationships with these clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service with experience in software services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently market our services and successfully secure/close deals with clients.
  • Discovering new clients to leverage our services.
  • Serving as clients’ primary point of contact and develop a strong understanding of their business needs and goals.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and act as a liaison between them and the ThinkNChange team.
  • Developing strategies to increase client satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Conducting regular check-ins and meetings with clients to assess their satisfaction with our services, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Recognizing opportunities and avenues for business expansion
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services to clients and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing and present reports on client activity, satisfaction, and revenue growth to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or customer service.
  • Experience working in the software services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction and revenue growth targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is a plus.

This role is exclusively on-site. Our office is located on the University of West Indies, Mona Campus.
