At ThinkNChange, our outgoing, creative, and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our team’s or clients brand, while for creating, administering, and managing  content on all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and, manage ThinkNChange and/or our client’s social media platforms 
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Analyze and report data/insights generated from different social media platforms
  • Utilize creative methods and trends to increase social media traffic 
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, support projects, identify key players, and coordinate actions
  • Define and monitor important social media KPIs
  • Develop social media strategies
  • Measure and track the success of social media campaigns
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use of social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Meta etc.
  • Use Editing softwares such as Canva
  • Graphic design skills are a plus

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Proven working experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of industry news and trends
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Knowledge of content strategy creation
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
