Our team at ThinkNChange is in search of an experienced and results-driven I.T System Implementation Program Manager. This role involves spearheading the seamless implementation of a robust IT system for one of our valued clients. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a compelling combination of robust project management capabilities, technical proficiency, and a documented history of successfully leading complex IT projects.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Full life cycle of project management from initiation through deployment 
  • Managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project
  • Preparing and executing project work plans, and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Planning a schedule for implementation, defining goals, and tracking progress towards those goals
  • Setting and managing expectations through defined objectives, effective communication, and delivery of results.
  • Leading a cross-functional team of IT professionals, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
  • Reviewing deliverables prepared by the internal technical team 
  • Producing and distributing status reports, inclusive of timeline, budget, change, key issues, and risks
  • Translating business requirements into a robust, scalable design, and drive proper change control through the life cycle of the project
  • Allocating resources efficiently to ensure project milestones are met
  • Analyzing and providing feedback on the delivery model to increase effectiveness and efficiency.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+  years experience as an IT Project Manager or Program Manager with a focus on system implementations.
  • Previous success leading a large scale project
  • A keen understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Expert knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, waterfall)
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Experience in directly managing project staff resources
  • Experience with process mapping and business improvement methodologies 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill is a must
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must currently hold a valid United States visa, and is able to travel immediately without restrictions
  • Must be willing to travel overseas for 25% of the time.

In Addition:

  • Change management experience is a plus
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus
  • Background in support of Information Security or Data Protection/Security projects is a plus
  • Masters degree is a plus
