Our team is currently in search of a Cyber security Analyst who possesses a strong aptitude for system administration and passion for network and I.T infrastructure security. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining one of our latest cyber-security-focused products while protecting crucial data for our team and clients. This individual will also collaborate with our sales team to gain insights into our clients’ specific requirements and then implement the necessary configurations for this product. Additionally, this person will work closely with our IT team to execute projects throughout our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Comprehending the functionality of the software product and engaging with it
  • Understanding business requirements and accordingly developing configuration specifications.
  • Providing technical assistance to end-users and diagnose and resolve issues
  • Supporting, configuring, maintaining, and upgrading customer’s networks and in house servers
  • Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
  • Monitoring performance, security, and connectivity 
  • Recommending system enhancements and upgrades for performance efficiency
  • Coordinating with vendors, management, and individuals to ensure that targets are met
  • Conducting constant research on products that may be beneficial to our organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and support IT needs. 


  • Knowledge of cyber security, networking concepts, and computing infrastructures
  • Knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Network, network security management,  or related field
  • Experience in cyber security is a plus
  • A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
