The Corporate Paralegal will work closely with our team at ThinkNChange and clients to ensure that contracts comply with relevant legislation and are in the best interest of our organization and stakeholders. This role involves providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiating contracts, interviewing clients, representing the company when needed, and providing general support to the legal team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Analyzing, summarizing, and editing legal documents
  • Conducting legal research
  • Negotiating contracts and legal documents
  • Ensuring contracts are in accordance with legislation
  • Drafting executive summaries
  • Attending meetings involving contracts with clients 
  • Keeping up-to-date on legislation that impacts our company and employees
  • Supporting the company’s legal team by maintaining documents and organizing files
  • Making legal recommendations to the organization and legal team
  • Collecting and analyzing data
  • Assisting with compliance issues
  • Performing legal research and analysis
  • Assisting with drafting employee and client contracts
  • Contacting or conferencing clients
  • Educating/Training our team regarding topical legislation or legal matters


  • Strong background in legal research
  • Associate’s degree or Degree in legal studies or related field
  • Previous legal experience
  • Experience working with contracts and basic understanding of legal/contractual terms
  • Experience in litigation
  • Conducting legal research for an overseas organization is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision 
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Excellent judgment and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
