As our well-organized and innovative Partner Success Associate, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with our partners to ensure their success and promote mutual growth. You will take the initiative to thoroughly comprehend the intricacies of our products and partnerships, guaranteeing that our internal team optimizes the full range of offerings available. The role requires a blend of exceptional interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and a dedication to providing value to both our company and partners

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our partner organizations.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for partners and addressing their inquiries and needs.
  • Assisting partners in the onboarding process
  • Providing updates and trainings to the internal teams regarding partnerships and products
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure alignment between partner goals and the company’s goals.
  • Acting as a mediator in case of disputes or issues between partners and the company.
  • Resolving partner-related problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicating any changes in company policies, procedures, or strategies that may impact partners.
  • Identifying and proposing ways to improve partnerships 


  • Previous experience in partnership management, account management, client relationship management, customer success, sales, or customer service.
  • Experience working in the software services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client satisfaction 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in a B2B environment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
