Our team is actively searching for a seasoned, motivated, and dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the development of an innovative product for one of our esteemed clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in steering the development and ensuring the success of this product by collaborating with cross-functional teams. The goal is to guarantee that the product is not only developed effectively but also closely aligned with the strategic goals of the organization

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating new product ideas, and outline the product road map
  • Determining feature requirements and generating new product ideas.
  • Identifying and filling product gaps.
  • Understanding product selling points.
  • Outlining a detailed product strategy.
  • Researching user experiences and demands to guarantee user satisfaction
  • Monitoring and analyzing product performance using key metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities for product improvement and optimization.
  • Making data-driven decisions to enhance product features and user experience
  • collaborating with diverse teams across the organization 
  • Communicating regularly with key stakeholders to provide updates on product development and performance

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager 
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Masters degree is a plus

Must be able to legally work in the United States.
