As a Project Manager and Agile Scrum expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of software development projects. You will work closely with the development team and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered using Agile Scrum methodology and that they meet the highest quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 – 5 years of experience managing software development projects using Agile Scrum methodology. You should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As ThinkNChange expands its service offerings to new partners, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Agile Scrum methodology. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage software development projects from inception to completion, using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the development team and other stakeholders.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning meetings, and sprint reviews with the development team.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential problems.
  • Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the project team, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the development team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience managing software development projects, using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology, and experience implementing it in a software development context.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
