We are seeking a results driven Sales Receptionist with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customer prospects for one of our clients. In this role you will be responsible  for scheduling appointments and organizing meetings with the team while promoting products in order to drive sales.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for this post.


● Setting appointments and managing our client’s schedule

● Presenting, promoting, and selling products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

● Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships

● Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling and e-mailing

● Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

● Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends

● Assisting with continuous improvement through feedback


● Previous experience in sales

● Proficient in Microsoft Office
