We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our expanding team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating user-centered designs for our digital products and services, helping to drive our continued success.The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, and then use that information to create user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviours
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals and user needs
  • Conduct usability testing to validate designs and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
  • Advocate for the user and ensure designs align with user-centered design principles and best practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
  • Portfolio of previous design work is required
